Noticing that this chipset + higher end video cards seem to clash. does anyone know what the max video card I could put with this chipset would be. Tried gf fx 5700, and ATI AiW 9600. Both seem to make the PC lose video or even restart after about 3min or 3d use.
ATI 7200 and GF3 Ti200 both work but looking to go higher.
Tested in a gateway with 512mb ram, 1.1g AMD, 40gb hdd, gateway mainboard is MS-6330 ver 2.1 was looking for bios update yet to find out.
and tried in
AMD 1.4GHz 768mb ram, 120gb hdd, amd kt7a (KT133 chipset).
after an amout of time, varing, typically 3min, I get a black screen then looks like a scrabled signal on the monitor.
