Keyboard filter error message

I have been trying to install a Micro$oft Sidewinder Plug & Play Game Pad and a Genius Flight 2000 Digital F-23 Joystick and I can't with either of them, keep getting a message saying there is some sort of a conflict with my keyboard filters.

Is there a way around this?

The keyboard is a Logitech Elite, system is XP Pro

Any help would be appreciated
