Kernel32.dl messing up bad

Ok....i can't run weatherbug because an error occurs with KERNEL32.dll----and i bought a brand new game..max payne 2... and it says the game had an invalid page fault with the maxpayne2.exe module.............can anyone offer help......PLZZZZ
