Default "It's Now Safe To Turn Of Your Computer" - QUOTE Win Xp Pro

I just finished upgrading a computer system to Win Xp Pro.

PROBLEM.....

The motherboard is a GA-6VXC-4x.
CPU is a Celeron 600
The motherboard is ATX
The PSU is ATX

The problem is that Windows seems to think that box is an AT Box. When you down windows, you get the message "It's Now Safe To Turn Off Your Computer"

How to do fix this so it can automatically shut down?

Need problem fixed by close of business today.

Does my problem have any thing to do with Windows XP ACPI mode support???

There is a new BIOS flash for it, but the problem is that I would then need to re-install Windows Xp again. And i am not sure if I am going to wasting my time on that.
