Default is7-e vbus?

seeing as asetek and abit forums have been no help i'll ask here (seeing how i always get an answer)... when wiring my vapochill xe II the manual says to put the usb cable to an internal usb conector with the red wire aliging to the vbus pin. in the is7-e manual it says nothing about a vbus pin but has a vcc pin. is the vcc the same as the vbus?
