Once you've installed all the software for it. The options are pretty straight forward. You can format the drive and start from the beggining or you can plug it into your PC with iTunes open, and all your songs will be put on, transffering your library and replacing your friend's.

Yep it all worked I checked the website and it had alot on it so thats good thanks for all your help...Now maybe I can get some advice about hooking it up to my car LOL

fm transmitter is the best
go for one of the belkin models cause u can use them with other things besides ur ipod which can come in handy later

i think its called the iTrip? or what newcents05 was talking about... it has an infared sensor which connects it with te closest turned on radio. so u turn on ur radio in ur car at any chanel, pres the button or whatever on the iTrip, and it will play ur music, on that radio.
