Recently, I installed a new card in my computer that added 4 more USB 2.0 ports. 3 outside and one Inside the computer, I feel like an idiot asking this, but what could the slot inside the computer be used for? (besides plugging in a 8gb flash drive..) Thanks for the help!
Internal USB ports.

They are probably inside the computer, and the creator of the PC didn't put them in the USB slots on the case.

it could be used for multi function panels that fit in the 5.25in bays, usb to ide converters, usb to anything realy, use your imagination on what you want to hide inside of your case, like a wireless mouse/keyboard receiver or something (<<< i did that)
