Perhaps, truth is we know nothing about this card. Except that it is rumored to be the top 3dMark scoring card in the world, still no official word.

I have always been in love with NVIDIA, I guess it's a good thing I went straight from a Ti4200 to a 6800 GT and skipped the FX generation

I prefer nVidia, but do not wish ATI ill. I tried ATI first, but it didn't get along with the VIA chipset in my mobo, so I went to nVidia, and have had nary a hiccup.

I can understand ATI wanting to bring forth a superior product, and they really need to. nVidia has been running rampant of late, and ATI needs a major coup to gain some ground.

Who knows? When I finally get to build my custom rig, I may go with ATI's newest monstrosity... but I doubt it, as I'm too cheap.
