I have been looking at the board above and it has many features at a low price. It also runs on the 875P chipset which is overclockable. However, the problem is that this board does not support registered DDR. It runs Dual-Channel Unbuffered DDR. As I have said before, my DAD has 1 GB of DDR266 Reg. and 2 GB of DDR333 Reg. He will save more money with a Reg. DDR motherboards.
The problem is that the motherboards are not in his range. I will be very grateful to anyone who can find a motherboard for the Intel Xeon satisfying the followng condtions.
AGP (4x/8x &/or Pro) or PCIe 16x
2 x PCI Ports
1 x PCI-X Ports
1 x IDE Controller
DDR Reg. Support
Intel Xeon Nocona (2.8-3.6+ GHz and 800 FSB)
Please try to find a motherboard satisfying these conditions. I'll be very grateful. AGP or PCIe 16x doesn't matter, which ever is cheaper. My DAD needs a PCI-X port because he has an Ultra 320 controller on 64-Bit that was originally pulled out of a PCI-X slot on a different machine.
