Yeah, it does look like there isn't a big difference in 32-bit application, of course, I am not sure it was really expected. The benches look pretty much the same, AMD wins with the games and intel wins with the applications.:amazed:

It will be interesting to see how they OC though, since they are running cooler.

NO! There is no "pretending" to be a 64bit chip. It IS what it is. I have never even seen that source before? Anywho, from ExtremeTEch it gives a great detailed analysis and basically it says the same thing there has alwasy been said for both. -AMD owned up on the Games, and Intel owned up on the Applications.

For gaming pcs, i will ALWAYS go with a amd,. until intel proves to be better. I dont really care about how fast it is e.g. AMD 2.4ghz can ...WOOPEE a p4 3.6ghz. I use to be a intel lover because of its fast speed... Until i truly understood the performance
