probably the asus p6t as its the only board that i've seen out.

In the xs thread Prototype posted Fugger used a Gigabyte X58 UD5 and got similar results to the P6T from these.

Yeah & Fugger used 3rd stage Cascade to get over 5GHz on the i7 Extreme Edition.

are you serious?? i take back what anyone has said about the core i7's being good oc'ers... i can get a 1.7ghz oc out of a 430 and a 1.7ghz oc out of a e7200 so thats nothing...

Sure its 5GHz but look at the voltage.....im pretty sure thats not a stable 24/7 oc.

I would have to go above that on my e7200 to hit 5ghz. I consider that low. I had 1.5v just to hit 4.1ghz. Lets put things in perspective here.

It doesn't look like a big improvement in single threaded applications over C2Q
