Exclamation Intel core 2 Duo e5200 power draw?

My friend is looking to put a build together. His dad wanted to look it over and he would like to know the power draw of the chip VS an AMD dual core. I don't know where it would say the power draw of the chip anywhere...

They don't consume that much, I find this helpful:

My friend wanted a cheap $650 build (With OS, and shipping) I showed him the build he just wanted a smaller PSU and wanted to know how much power the CPU would draw so he wouldn't buy something that runs up his electricity bill like crazy.

Thanks for the help.

This build with an E5200 and a 4870 consumes like 310w on full load with cpu & gpu overclock.
