intel amd on same mobo

I do not know if this has been posted before but here is a mobo that has intel and amd on the same board.The intel cpu is on the actual board the amd cpu is on a big daughterboard.

Nice find. But, that has to be the dumbest thing i've ever seen. Why would anyone buy that? Oh may-be i'll go Intel? Oh wait no... I'm going to convert to AMD. No wait, Intel... Seriously...

Think about it. If you have an Intel, then you wanna convert over to an AMD, doesn't make a whole lot more sense to buy the MOBO for an AMD? If you are running a Intel P4 LGA775, say, 3.2GHz and now you wanna go to a AMD Athlon 64 4000+ - Doesn't it make more sense to buy another MOBO? What's a mid to high range MOBO cost? $100 - $200 - I'd rather buy a new MOBO and still have the Intel Board may-be to slap together another PC down the road. Plus, that thing takes up way too much room. Videocard? Soundcard? Other PCI cards???

I know I think its more about bragging rights.Hey look what I have . I would not get it, but if they got a way to switch the cpus through the bios instead of jumpers then I may want bragging rights.
