Question IEEE 1394 card not working code 10

Hi
I have a dolphin peripherials ieee 1394 pci card in my box up until a few days ago it was working fine. i use it to connect my ipod to my xp machine. Now when i try to use the card in the device manager its says

"Via ohci compliant ieee 1394 host controller the device could not start (code 10)

I have tried uninstalling the device
changed the pci slot its sitting in and made sure its secure
I cant get drivers of the Dolphin Peripherals site as it says that win xp has the drivers built in.
I havent installed anything else that might hae made changes to the computer

If anyone could help i would be extremely in there debt

Default

found the problem some how my broadband modem which is in a usb1.1 port changed its irq to the same on as the ieee1394 card and they were having a nice little conflict that windows xp decided not to tell me about
