Default iDisk Tiny Major Problem

Ok, i have an iDiskTiny from pretec but i have a major problem. Bundled on the flash disk is a program called 'Secret Zip' which allows you to secure files, i secured it but now i have no idea how the hell to unlock the files so all my files on there are locked. I tried to email pretec but the email form won't work so basicly im screwed unless anyone can help.

Big thanks if you can help!

there are tons of utils there see if any of them work for you. Did it ask you for a password when you set it up? Can you run the secure program again and unlock it?

stop it from the system tray remove it and then put it back in. When you open it, it should ask for a password to get into the protected files.

I have a kingston on and in order to access the secure part I have to re-run the security program and login to that section of the drive. I am not sure how that one works exactly. Try having a look at that faq and see if your situation is in there. If not there are other links you might try.

Good luck.
