Default IBM Thinkpad Keyboard Switch

recenly after i bought my Thinkpad 570 to replace my old one brother got into my room and "accidenatally" knocked it off my desk. it smashed my networking card in and broke the slot for it and he somehow broke the enter, space, delete and arrow keys on my keyboard. now i have herd that there is a way that i can swap keyboards in and out of thinkpads like mine. i have the same exact model laptop in my room with a working keyboard. i cant find how i take it out, so that is what im asking. if at all possible, how can i remove the keyboard from my thinkpad? a link, picture, or discription of how to do it is all i need. thank you.
