I wanna quiet my case.

Alright, I want my computer cool and quiet. I'm currently running 3 case fans and a CPU fan. I'll probably add one more case fan for good measure. My question: What are some inexpensive ways to quiet my case (fans)? Also, one of my fans seems like it's surging every second or two. Hard to describe. Any suggestions?

if your fan is going up and down, that's probabbly because of your PSU

Excellent. I'm thinking about getting a new, quieter case eventually. Any suggestions? Also, I heard something about spraying WD-40 in the fan, does that work?

Get some washers and slide them between your fan and the grill as it will reduce vibration
