I need help purchasing a new computer

I have 2 different kinds of models, and don't know which is the better one. Please, if you can, compare each part seperately and specifically so I can know, for example, which mainboard is better, since I can take part from each model and create a new one.
*Also, cases are included. Harddrives and etc' aren't included, since i'm moving them out of my old computer.
**I would also like to mention, that the second model costs me a little bit more, around 55$.

I would go with model 2, but with the Leadtek GPU in there.

The gigabyte mobo is OK but won't get you far in overcklocking.

The kingston memory is better too.

If you are not overclocking, get the cheaper one though.


Just a side note, get the venice CPU, and not a winchester.

Nope I'm not planning overclocking... Though generally speaking, which motherboard is better? Will I notice the difference between these two? The computer is mainly for gaming...
