Default i got a P4 2.6 800mhz but not fast. which part should i upgrade??

i got a p4 2.6 and considering the fact i came from athlon 1.2 my comp is not all that fast...
i DO have some crappy parts but i need to kno which hardware is the most imparitive in using my pc to its full potential...

i am using an old videocard, harddrive, and ram...
video- geforce4 mx400 64mb
harddrive- 80gig 8mb
memory- kbyte(nonnamebrand) 512mb

and i just recently came up on some money so i was wondering which part is the most important in upgrading...

video to a radeon 9600xt
harddrive to 80gig sata HD
memory to Geil Dual Channel 512MB(256MBx2)DDR PC-4000

help would be greatly appreciated

Well, if that's the case, then go with memory first and HDD second...maybe even a raid array. What motherboard do you have?

Good board with good chipset. Good CPU so upgrade memory if gaming is not all that important to you. If it is then go with the video card. Your bottleneck is your memory right now.
