Default I bought a athlon xp 2400+

It comes with a heatsink, thermal pad and fan. The thermal pad is already stuck to the heatsink. Should I remove the thermal pad and put thermal paste? BTW, I wil not be OC'ing. And also if I should put thermal paste on it do you have a link to a guide for me thx.

The instructions on arctic silver 5's web site tells you exctly how to do it. linked bellow...

If your going to get Arcitc silver 5, it may be cheaper somewere that pricess it for free shipping like Zipzoomfly.com or Newegg.com , because shipping kills on small items lots of times. unless you buy it with other items.
