Default How to tell if my SDRAM is ecc or non-ecc and what is better?

I don't know how to tell if my 128mb SDRAM is ecc or non-ecc. And is ecc better? ECC is error code correcting but it doesn't really matter does it?

If you don't know if your memory is ECC or not, you don't have ECC memory
