Default How shall I manage files in Dualys?

Guys, I heard that when using a dual-core cpu, you can put files (like anti-virus and etc) to other core and your games to the other core so that if ever for example there is an update, it will not affect gaming performance while you are playing.

Now, question is, How will i put my anti-virus program and others to the other core? Is there some kind of software that will manage it? Or is it DIY?
