U could do that ... Or simply right click on My computer.. click manage.. select disk management

U can make/delete n' modify partions here
 
Thyanks buddies, Actually I was using a partition commander, and I want to get rid out of it. I am looking for the way if there are the way to do the as DOS partition.

I mean purely running FDISK command,
 
no. if partition commander has commandline switches that is the closest thing you can get to FDISK. FDISK is not supported by operating systems that support NTFS, not any that i know of. FDISK is for the ancient win9x, meaning winME and below.
 
You trying to get rid of the crap that ask you which you want to boot up.I formated from desktop.Partion magic is much better and way less intrusive then Partion Commander
