how to remove a virus worm?

I just scan my PC via NAV, I have a virus alert

WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\RPCCLIENT.EXE

It said it can't delete it is being used by an other programme?

I have also have anti spyware/adaware.

How can I remove it, I try it from dos but it didn't work

I went to microsoft support, I was told to look at registry but can't find it


Also, my PC keeps rebooting every 5/10 mn

Scan with trend anti-virus. Look at my sig and run a scan then post back.

Thanks, I just scan, it located the virus but it can't delete because it is currently in use
