Default How to remove a heatsink.

The title is the question, how the **** I remove that heatsink from my CPU. There's this bracket, and I don't know how to take it off.

Socket 370 FC-PGA 2. Intel Celery processor, got the fan off. There's this bracket. I googled it and saw that soem people used a hair dryer to turn the thermal thingy into goo and used a flat blade to remove the heatsink.

use a small flat head screw driver and push down then pull away from the clamp. Its hard to explain.
