How effectve can this be to cooldown my PC?

From the above discussion it seems like it can give me alot of problems but i like the example with HOT DRINK IN COLD AIR and thats something which attracts me towards this Idea cauz if u r talking about buying a new heatsink then it means i have to buy a new heatsink for my processor and my Graphic card whereas if i use this outside air suking method it costs me nothing and it cools down every thing in the case. Heatsinks r not very expensive but they do cost.
