How do you get the dust out of your PC?

I just use a paper towel or something, but there's this big fan in my Mac that needs to be sprayed with canned air.

(My parents won't let me have any, however, because they're afraid I'll get high off it...)

I don't clean it very often, but thats because its not in a very dusty part of the house. When I do clean it, I use the canned air. It works very well for getting into tight areas, and my computer is full of them.

I wouldn't spray any parts of the computer with the white frozen stuff that comes out of the can. You should spray a little away from your computer to make sure that only air comes out.

Has anyone actually sprayed the canned air liquid onto a computer part If so, Did it do anything?

I think I accidentally squirted a little bit of the white mist onto my video card once, but it didn't affect it, but I only got a tiny bit on. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want to freeze off parts of your computer.

True, I would not recommend it either. Sometimes it squirts out unexpectantly though and that scares me Which is why I stay away from canned air lol

Just don't shake it too much and hold it upright. use the little straw thingy to direct the air instead of turning the whole can.
