Just make a boot disk from a friend's computer. I have like 10 boot disks from back in the day in my disk archive.
Creating a boot disk: (in a command prompt)
1) format a: /s (to copy system files)
OR
1) sys a: (if the disk is formatted already)
2) copy format.com a: (usually in windows\command)
Then boot with the disk and type:
3) format c:
