How do we get into the BIOS on a Toshiba 4060XCDT

Just finished repairing Boss-Man's Toshiba Satalite 4060XCDT.
It's been sitting idol for about 6 months as I needed to re-solder the AC Plug down to the motherboard (again).

Hard drive has been changed around, and I can not for the life of me remember how to check the BIOS on the Toshiba 4060XCDT.

Currently, I am trying to set up Win Xp Pro on this notebook, and I not getting anywhere as the hard drive is not detecting.

Finally, does any one here note what is the largest hard drive I can stick into the puppy?

Quick response on this one would be good as I need to have this completed by close of business today.

at boot up try all the normal keys. Esc, f1,f8 and some other ones see if that gets u in

==> Press the ESC
==> Boot Up Computer while still pressing ESC Key
==> Display will show a message showing press F1.
==> BIOS!!!
