No, D doesnt mean desktop. It means it uses the Prescott core (90nm).Also I have seen things like Celeron D, is 'D' meaning DESKTOP?
I dont really understand what you are trying to get at here. The FSB (Front Side Bus) is the path of data transfer that connects the CPU with the rest of the computer. Obviously the higher this is the better. But, just because a CPU has a higher FSB than another, doesnt mean that it will outperform it.Ahh the end number is the FSB!?
