Default How do I update my bios?

I have an ASUS A8V Delux that has a very out-of-date bios v1.00.00.37 so I want to upgrade to this:
Beta Version 1014.007 2005/07/06update
OS DOS
Description A8V Deluxe Beta BIOS 1014.007
Latest beta BIOS.

Is this the right file? And how do I upgrade my bios to that, I have no idea

It is necessary because I keep getting errors that could be fixed by a bios update, so how do I do it? :P

Mystikast,

Yes, that appears to be the right BIOS for your board.

As for how to do it, according to ASUS's website, you should have installed Winflash. If you did, here's a link to a step-by-step:

Make SURE it is the right BIOS or you will be replacing your mobo.

Which flash program should I use to make the floppy if I have an A8V Delux? I don't see a listing here for it:

Flash program? You don't need one.

Follow this link and read up on what to do and how to do it:
