Default How do I reformat a harddrive

How do I reformat a hard drive becuase I need to know in less than 2 hours! I'll be looking on the net to for a page but if I can't I'm going to need you guys.

Edit.. Are you going to be reinstalling an os to it? If your going to reformatt the hard drive do as above but if it say a second hard drive just go into disk management and delete all partitions then format inside of windows and what os are you going to be using?

If 2nd HDD u can just right clicl on the disk n choose format in the window.
If u want to reinstall OS or clean install, u have to calsulate whether u want to make partition or not.
