Default How do I find out what kind of processor this is?

I traded a digital camera I had for a MSI K7N2 Delta2 Board and a CPU, I have no idea how much the board goes for. But I think the CPU he said was a AMD Athlon XP3500+ Barton Core. I've been looking for the past hour and I haven't found anything on a 3500xp... I've found 3200's and 3400's.... I have the processor here. And the board. Is there anyway to look up or find out what the processor is. It says no where on the processor. Theres like numbers and crap everywhere but it says nothing about the model. Any help would be awesome. I don't wanna do a whole swap just to check the speed and model. Isn't there a way to tell by looking at it?

Thanks guys

Also, if you could price out that board for me. That would be awesome.

MSI K7n2 delta2 is what it was.

THANK YOU

I hate to tell you, but that ain't no 3500+.

Your board is a socket A, and they only went to 3200+.

MSI's page is under maintenance, but here is a review of the mobo by MadShrimps - http://www.madshrimps.be/?action=getarticle&articID=216

See if this page helps you ID your mystery CPU:

I dunno.

Do a search on ebay to see what other auctions for those items went for.

You may be able to sell the CPU in the Buy/Sell?Trade forum... possibly the mobo, too.
