How To Configure Bios For PCI Graphics Card

Ok, i've had this computer for a little while and it's AGP video card got fryed (i dont know why but it just won't work) But i have this extra PCI graphics card that i put into the computer and i have to change my BIOS settings to make the PCI card the primary card. But im blind! the PCI card wont display my screen and i cant see what im doing to change it to PCI.

Can Anyone help me? Thanks

Well if both dont work then something else might be wrong...

No the PCI card works fine its just that the BIOS settings are set for the AGP slot and the PCI card doesn't send a signal to the monitor so i cant see what im doing to set the BIOS to the PCI card
