How to change the display language on MFC 9330 printer

Hi

I bought a multifunction brother mfc-9330 from a German vendor and after I
received it, I found that's the display language is German, and there isn't
neither English nor French.
Is it possible to add these two languages or one of them by reinstalling
the framework on the printer ?
PS: the vendor refuse to change it so right now I don't know what to do.

You could see if they have a firmware patch or something that has english.

Otherwise..not really much you can do that I'm aware of. You could try and contact Brother about it.

The cd manual disk does have an English option for the software but you will have to contact Brother in order to get an English firmware for the printer itself. As carnageX states, it's your only option
