Hello,
My CD drive went bad, so a friend gave me an older one he had lying around. It seems to work fine EXCEPT when I eject the CD, if it's been in there for any time at all, it is HOT! Not to the point it'll melt or anything but I don't remember any CD's ever being that warm.
So my question: Is this okay? Should I replace it? The "new" drive is an older Acer CD-RW.
Thanks,
Dan
