Help with ram plz

I have a p4sgx-mx asus motherboard and it has a ddrram and also has a sdram. My friend gave me a 128sdram and a 256sdram and both of them the motherboard couldnt detect them. Is it the bios or something else, plz help me out here.

i think your mobo currently is running ddrsdram, thats y it couldnt detect your sdram. Try check your bios and change back to sdram.
Moreover, although your mobo support ddrsdram and sdram, but u can only use 1 type at a time. Check also the dimms slot it specifiy for ddrsdram or sdram or not.
