Default Help with PCI graphics card

My comp only has PCI slots so my selection of cards is limited. i have two cards in mind but does ne 1 have other suggestions?

These are the two cards im interested in:

Edit: I would like to buy a new board but budget is tight and its on the family computer. I don't want to really start investing in a computer till its my own.

just curious how come you don't save that money for a new board?

they look fine to me....i had a voodoo 3 2000 kicked ***!!!

I'd suggest getting a new Mobo, agp cards are faster and are specificaly designed to acomidate video cards.

Maxtor 120GB HDD IDE (storage)
1024MB Dual Cannel 400MHz RAM

Memorex 16x Dual Layer DVD +/- RW
180Mhz is offline

I would choose the one with 256mb ddr. Thats twice the ram for the same price.
