help needed with printer

I have an Epsom C66 printer.

Last Monday the yellow cartridge stopped printing. I've since had three other brand new Epsom cartridges. All the other colors are printing fine except the yellow.

I've ran the cleaning programe at least 20 times but to no avail.

the old ink has dried up in the yellow cartilage spot. this happens a lot with inkjet printers. that why I use a Laser Printer
