Default Help, which mobo/CPU combo is better?

I'm on a tight budget and I'm trying to buy a customized laptop from Puget (, going with Pentium M. I'm debating between 2 motherboards right now: Uniwill 245II0 and Sager 4880. The Uniwill has Intel Extreme Graphics2 (64 MB) while the Sager has ATI Mobility Radeon x700 PCI-E 256 MB. I'm not looking to game much, so will 64 MB suffice?

Another thing is that the Uniwill only supports 400 MHz Pentium-M's; the Sager supports 533 MHz Pentium-M's; is there much of a difference between processors almost the same clock speed?

To save time, I've listed the parts I'm talking about below and their prices. All recommendations are welcome!

If you're not gonna game much, then get the Uniwll and 1.8 Ghz processor, but it's damn pricey. You would be better off buying a nice one for home/office off or something.
