help me choose a good router please?

hey whats a good wireless router + adapter?
im connecting my computer to my sisters computer, and my sis doesnt play games, and she rarly downloads anything, maybe just music, but most of the tyme she'll be a msn or some counter strike. i was thinkin bout this router:

is that a good idea? if it is, can u guys please post a adapter that is compatible with that router, and if that thing is not necessary, please post another good router + adapter, the price range can be either the same as the router i listed at the top or cheaper. thanks.

that's a good router, but it's pretty expensive
I'd get this one if you really want 108MB/S
there really isn't a lot of difference
