Unhappy Help Me

i have a AMD2700+ with 333mhz fsb and agp8x
but when it benchmarks it shows fsb 166 and agp is off
my video is fine on games but just concerned about the readings
just installed xp pro and it was at agp 2x before then
video card is ati 9200se 128meg 256 ram pc3200
gigabyte GA-7VT600-L
bus switch is set to auto
bios says cpu host clock disabled
spread spectrum modulated disabled
xCPU host freq. 166mhz ( what is the x for in front of CPU)
pci/agp freq. 33/66
dram clock mhz auto
has options of 133ddr266--166ddr333--200ddr400(what do these mean) ddr ram?? my ram is ddr400 pc 3200 256mg
when enable cpu host freq. can change to 250 max and when done pci/agp changes to 50/100
doesnt seem to save these changes if i make them in any variation agp still reads off please help i need 8x agp and 333 fsb thats max on amd2700 its only 166 fsb ??????? please help!!!!!! oh yeah i installed dirext.x 9.0 and it still shows 8.0 installed

using pcmark2002
fsb up to 400mhz
agp 4x8x
when i post it at their site it says agp off available 4x8x
fsb 133
direct x 8.0 and i installed 9.0 from gigabyte MB CD
