Help: Laptop to TV (with no S-Video output)

First, my apologies if this has already been asked; I found no answers in any of my searches.

Ok, I have a laptop (Thinkpad) with no S-Video out, but I want to be able to connect to a TV. Do I have any options? Thanks!
