Lightbulb help with cheap setup,mobo+ram+proc

my mobo in other desktop burnt about 3 weeks ago and i recently got $170. This was the best i could come up with, keeping my current processor,to help cut down on money.

This is right at the end of my budget,this will be the system after adding what stuff i already got.
