MCtriple what makes you think you can get a 3400+ up to 2.6ghz? I know i did it, but not many people can.

Athlon 64 DTR processors are in socket 754, have a lower HTT and don't support dual channel
if your 3200+ is a winchester (assuming it is, since it is a socket 939) it should overclock fine.
if you really want that much better computer, I would just upgrade to a 6800 Ultra, and possibly 1 or 2 more things with the rest of the money (like another hard drive, better/more RAM)
