Help! BIOS is confusing me...

I just played around in BIOS, and now, the RAM timings are 2.5T-3-3-6, the memory frequency is set to [By SPD] and the resulting frequency is [200MHz]. The FSB of the CPU is [166MHz], so it looks like everything is running as advertised. I'm not overclocked, right? I don't want to be, just double checking to make sure I'm not.

Everything seems like its in order. If you've changed your RAM timings to the ones advertised and you've changed your CPU frequency to the appropriate setting for your chip and your computer hasn't exploded...burned to the ground...randomly restarted...shut down.....then you should be ok =) Looks like you're good to go
