OK I just put my new Artic silver 5 on now what should I do to get it "settled in"?

Just a 200 hour burn it time with multiple warm up's and cool downs

run prime95/games all day and let it rest at night?

Well I can't because if I let it run for about 5 minutes it just's reach's 70 * is this normal?

It starts off at 25* degrees and then rises about 1* every halfminute till up to about 75-73 degrees there is no dust 6 fans heatsink and I don't know what the problem is maybe I put on the silver wrong or is it just not that it works best yet?

Thats kinda hot. You sure you put it on right? Just a little dot in the middle then smash the heatsink on, dont remove heatsink after that unless you plan to clean the CPU and heatsink and reapply Arctic Silver.

I smoothed it out that is what they say to do on there website should I Take it off clean it and redo it all? also before I put it in this new case it was about 40* Full load and now it gets to a good mid 70's but I did remove the cpu and the heatsink and now I have some on it is not making a bifference.

You either dont have a flat heatsink or you didnt put it on right

NO way my heatsink is not bent it could be that I put it on wrong can anyone tell me the proper way to do it because I did it the way on thier site and it didn't work.
