Tell me what is your OS
win ?

if xp or 2000

1. Start - Run -(type "REGEDIT") -> hit enter
2. Open this:
current_user/Software/Microsoft/windows/CurentVersion/RUN
look there and delete the Records which start or contain the name of that programs.

3. Then go to:
Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/windows/CurentVersion/RUN
And do the same
4. Press Ctrl-Alt-DEL at once and locate same programs then stop the process.
5. Next step is to see where are the real files c:/Program Files/TheProgFolder
and delete it.

6. If you run Antivirus and SpyRemovers and didn't find virus or Spy
Maybe you can try Add/Remove Programs in you Control Panel..

maybe helpful to know WHAT processes you are trying to end. list them all, also may wanna try using hijackthis and post the log.

k. this iz wad i did. i opened current_user/Software/Microsoft/windows/CurentVersion/RUN
but there were none of those filez there. so i opened Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/windows/CurentVersion/RUN

i saw 2 of those filez there n i deleted them. i clicked refresh n they were ther again. i tried 2 delete but it didn't werk. so i opened the hijackthis.exe n scanned the sys. i opened da log file to c wad appz were runnin. i went 2 their folders 2 delete them but in 1 particular folder, i saw info.txt n so, i opened it. it gave instructionz on how 2 uninstall it. so i went 2 add/remove progz n saw all d useless progz i mnetioned abt there n i uinstalled them. n guess wad? IT WERKED!! Thankxz 2 those who helped. i really app it.
