Hello video card buying help

Alright i just found out that Doom 3 is gold and comming out august 5th so i was like i dont have a good video card for it (NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX440 with AGP8X 64mb) So i was wondering what would be a good not too expensive 128mb video card ! like maybe around $200
