I'am not used to newegg but I've been searching around and come up with a few results, see below - hope this helps!

In no pesific order,

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...106-017&depa=0

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...106-035&depa=0

I have picked out the good ones from TermalTake because they are a well-known company, I'am not too sure about wether or not they will fit your machine but you can check that for yourself! . The ones I have picked have got high CFM and high RPM speed also with "low'ish" DBA for noise reduction.

I would recommend this for your proc:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...106-037&depa=0

And this for thermal paste:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...100-008&depa=1

I would go with the cheaper one for $7.49 which is currently out of stock , but you get the idea

This one you suggested doesn't really have good Air Flow (CFM), but apart from that its okay.
